I lived in Oilton Oklahoma for along time, and I was there when they couldn’t keep police 👮‍♂️ or chief of police 👮‍♀️, and all I can say, is I was harassed and stalked, and that’s because people I hung around with! After my divorce, I really got 💩on, by the police 👮, and set up by a manager over my apartment! So many people have moved, because of corrupt police 👮‍♀️ officers!!!

Sounds cheaper to pay the inmates to not commit crimes. Maybe an allowance to those who refrain from criminal activity. Lol or allow them to afford better defense to help them stay out of jail by not depleting their funds on bs bail when they are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. Bail is more like guilty until.proven innocent and even then they lose their bail money because most can't afford to pay the whole bail and use a bondsman. The systems resources are pretty much unlimited yet they drain the accused resources trying to force them to have to depend on a public defender rather than a paid attorney which usually fights harder for the accused person. Why shouldn't they have a fair chance to fight without depleting their funds first by your bail. This would be more like innocent until proven guilty. This too would keep more out of jail rather than them have to give in easier due to a public defenders lack of urge to fight for them.

My dad's mom was 13 when she got married and her husband was 24 my dad is in his mid 70's now and I'm almost 40 back then people were more mature than they are now and that's saying something ny grandma by the age of 17 had a babysitting gig operating out her house with one child of her own working at family farm with her husband my grandfather and he was the nicest man you'll ever meet I personally don't condone such actions but I would not be if the this happened in today's time because my grandfather would have been arrested just for marrying my grandmother let alone trying to start a family I also personally think that the way we did things back then were better than it is done today because we held young people responsible for their actions and disciplined them accordingly and they learned the value of life and hard work would pay off in the end because if you wanted something you had to work hard to get it young people today just don't get it it's all about instant gratification and not hard work anymore and the youth of today are spoiled little brats that haven't ever been disciplined when I got caught smoking both of my parents took a belt to my backside aka the butt I got 30 strong licks from not only mom but my dad as well 60 in total I couldn't hardly sit down for nearly a week because of it i was 10 years old when this happened.
